When we booked the New Year’s Day wedding, and the couple told us how important it was to include their (4) four dogs, we were a little skeptical.  But Laguna Beach, a beautiful bride, and some excellent light brought it all together.

I enjoyed being present to their magical wedding day.  This couple met several years ago in Italy.  Both were on long term trips and they fell in love.  The way I understand it,  Bradly convinced Zidzielia to relocate to South Orange County after Italy. She was planning to return home to Mexico.

Brad proposed on the beach in Laguna and the plans were made.  At their wedding I could feel the love they had for each other and Alan captured it perfectly in his pictures.

Alan knew the challenges for a photographer in this small gazebo over looking the Ocean near Las Brisas. The wedding was at 4:00 PM and the sun was intense. To help the challenge he advised the best placement for the bride and groom during the ceremony. Sunset arrived just in time. The dogs (2) of which they adopted in Italy were well behaved and clearly part of this couples family.DSC_0795

Some advise for the brides:

Plan your time of day carefully. Allow enough time for pictures maybe a second location for photos Make sure your family and friends arrive on time. If possible consult your photographer for staging the ceremony for the best photo opportunities.
